Small Estate Affidavit

You may be eligible for a small estate affidavit if the following requirements are met:

1. At least 30 days have passed since the decedent died.
2. The total value of all personal property in the decedent’s estate does not exceed $75,000.
3. A personal representative has NOT been appointed for the estate.
4. You are the lawful successor of the decedent and entitled to the decedent’s estate.
