Julie Ruetz, AZCLDP Certificate No. 82073
Arizona Probate is owned and operated by Julie Ruetz, who is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer. She worked as a paralegal for an estate planning law firm for five years where she mostly handled trust administrations and probates. She earned a paralegal certificate from Phoenix College via an American Bar Association approved program.
Prior to becoming a paralegal, Julie worked as a special education teacher/TOA to the Psychologist for 19 years in Casa Grande, Arizona. She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from NAU, and has always been a good student, graduating with a 4.0 grade point average from both NAU and Phoenix College.
Julie opened Arizona Probate, LLC in an attempt to offer clients the same services she was providing at the estate planning law firm, but at a much lower cost and in a more timely manner. This is the same reason the Supreme Court of Arizona created the legal document preparer program: to provide the citizens of Arizona less expensive options for some of the more basic legal services that may not actually require an attorney.
